Yummy, finely prepared, delicious flavors, sushi is top shelf!

We attended your ribbon cutting event yesterday, August 18, 2009. While we were there, we tried a variety of sushi, saki, and appetizers. It was wonderful and I can promise you, I will be a customer many times over! I enjoyed the clean, fresh atmosphere and the service and servers were very considerate, friendly, and professional. Thank you, Cecilia, for bringing Clermont a great Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar! You'll be seeing a lot of me, my family, and friends.

I went there with my wife and kids to have hibachi. It was my son's birthday and he absolutely loved it. The way they performed and made us laugh was great. Had a great time. Will definitely go there again.

We finally have a respectable place right here in Clermont! The restaurant was attractive and clean, the service was fast and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was amazing. I can only speak for the sushi right now - we haven't had the Hibachi yet. But I can tell you that the sushi was excellent! Fresh and beautifully presented. The house specialty rolls were generally in the range of $10.95. I find those types of rolls to have "too much going on" in them anyway, so I opted for the simpler rolls (spicy tuna, Alaska, Philadelphia, and sweet potato), which ranged from about $3.95 - $5.95. In my opinion, that price is very reasonable. I was not disappointed - even the "simple" rolls were large & the fish was fresh. The miso soup, seaweed salad and edamame were also great. The Hibachi dinners were in the $18.95 range, which is pretty typical for that style of dining. I plan to go back with a big group to try it soon. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night, so it looks like people are catching on. Please support this place so it sticks around! Reduce your carbon footprint, and stay local for good food!
